Patti Sullivan
Patti Sullivan is a deeply caring and dedicated advocate for families walking the problematic path of dementia care. With a rich background in senior living, pharmaceutical sales, and support group facilitation, Patti brings a wealth of experience and a heart full of empathy to those in need of guidance. A proud graduate of Boston College, Patti'ss career journey took a meaningful turn when she transitioned from pharmaceutical sales to senior living. Over twelve years, she witnessed firsthand the profound challenges families face in finding the proper care and support for their loved ones living with dementia.
This experience ignited Patti’s passion for making a more significant difference, leading her to become a Certified Dementia Practitioner and Support Group Facilitator. She went on to found Family Choices for Dementia, where families can find the trusted guidance, resources, and compassion they need to navigate the complexities of dementia care. Patti's work is driven by an unwavering commitment to understanding and supporting families through one of life’s most challenging journeys, ensuring that no one feels alone or unsupported.
Patti lives in Duxbury, MA, where she continues to serve families throughout the region with expertise, experience, and heartfelt dedication. Through her compassionate guidance, Patti has become a beacon of hope and a steady source of support for families as they move forward with care, compassion, and confidence.
Cassidy Sullivan is an elementary school teacher and a valued part of Family Choices for Dementia, where she leads the Peace of Mind Visits service. With a natural ability for connection and care, Cassidy offers families the reassurance they need when they can't be present for their loved ones. Her visits are uniquely specialized, providing check-ins that focus purely on engagement and wellness rather than direct care. This service is especially beneficial for caregivers who are traveling or adult children who live far away, allowing them to feel secure that someone familiar and dedicated is ensuring their loved one is engaged and comfortable. Cassidy’s visits include time with residents and conversations with staff for updates, providing a compassionate and trusted extra layer of support for families
